We have initially planned to exchange vows under the water, scuba diving, but later realized that it will not be the same as actually hearing our vows to love and cherish each other for a lifetime and a wedding gown will be ruined under water so we have to wear scuba diving gears instead (which is very dismal), so we decided, exchanging vows beside the beach instead.
So far, we are still gathering ideas on how to best decorate the beach to satisfy our taste for the Caribbean feel. But I’m sure it will be beautiful. The reception will be set with luscious table settings on the beach front, with some exotic delicacies. We will be including lots of Filipino food in the reception to accommodate our guests taste for delicious native foods. We have posted the invitation online with the opening theme “travel the Caribbean.” My friends were surprised to find the content of the post, discovering that it was actually a wedding invitation and have agreed to witness me and my honey’s union.
